1st commute in the Prius ...

We tried to leave early to get in by 8:00, we got in by 11:00!!

The San Mateo Bridge was closed westbound because of an accident and it affected every other freeway in the Bay Area!

I tried going over city streets, get off 680, try 24, terrible!

We finally just pulled over and relaxed for a bit (nap) and let it clear out, and an hour later it was a little better.

But the good part is we averaged 49 MPG for the first 90 miles!

Woo Hoo!

I seem to drive a bit more relaxed in the Prius, in the F-150 I was always getting mad, no one could accellerate fast enough for me!

Now I am just relaxed and saving gas.
