Thursday...whew...made it!
Thursday...whew...made it!
The rest of the week is cake, I will work from home tomorrow, and my wife and I are going to a Monster Truck Show Friday evening!
I am not joking, a monster truck show my wife has never been to one so it will be fun!!
We are going with our friends Myk and Pam and their daughter Tiana, and we always have a fun time together at the San Jose Arena when we meet up at the smoking section outside of section 209, where it is 4:20 all the time!!
I still can't shake this flu, damn!
Sleeping in a little tomorrow will hopefully help me feel better......hopefully.
I am at home getting over the nasty Flu I got on Saturday Morning, so I am flipping channels and there is a special on the first SuperBowl in 1967 it was the Green Bay Packers vs. the Kansas City Chiefs.
Now I am not really a football fan, but it was interesting to see the footage of the late 1960's, and how professional everyone looked and acted, etc.
Well right before the coing toss, there was 2 men in jetpacks, one was dressed in the Green Bay uniform and the other in the Kansas City uniform.
Yes I said JETPACKS!!!
They lit of the jetpacks and then flew in a choreographed sequence and landed facing eachother. There were no wires, nothing over them, they were flying wearing jetpacks!!!
No Sh*t!!
Ask anyone who has seen the footage of the 1967 SuperBowl!! Now if we could actually have jetpacks in 1967, what else are they suppressing?
Water based Fuels - We heard alot about a Nevada billionaire putting his own money into this around 1997-1998 and that he was near a solution, then nothing!!
Better Battery cells, or never-dying cells (perpetual machine, etc)
All in the name of F@cking capitalism!!!!!
New fuels would create competition that the fossil fuel giants would not be able to compete with, and the balance of power and control would be taken from the very few families that control it!!
Which is why the government runs the Patent office!!
Everything worthwhile is taken by the givernment and the person that filed the patent may, or may not get any recognition or gain.
Well it is Friday, and my wife and I are working from home today, yea!! It was actually 37 degrees outside at 9:00 am this morning, DAMN! The F-150 was telling me the temperature and flashing "ICE" every 5 seconds warning me of ICE on the roads! Not bad for a standard truck!!
We might be going to our friends Ben and Crystal's place for a fun evening! So that will be a lot of fun.....right now I am getting ready to head out to go rent "Once upon a time in Mexico" it looked good in the commercial and I really liked "Desperado" plus all of the other "Once upon a time in ..." movies were great!!
Tonight my wife and I are going to see the San Jose Sharks play the Detroit Red Wings in San Jose!!
We usually have fun at these games as my wife wears her Detroit Red Wings Jersey and I wera my San Jose Sharks jersey, we get a lot of crazy looks as there are some die hard fans out there!!
We will be meeting up with our friend Myk at the Side Smoking Area at the Arena, where it is always 4:20!!
I am bringing my camera so hopefully I will remember to get a pic of us all at the spot!!
I know you are probably freaking out that people can buy guns on the internet, but you have to have the gun sent to a FFL (which means a licensed gun dealer) holder and they do the paperwork!!
The great thing is that the shipping time also counts as wait time...right on!
This will be a great gun to teach my wife to shoot on a Revolver first using .38 Special then up to the .357 magnum shells (Full Power!), then on to the Ruger P90 .45!!
Well it is Sunday and work tomorrow, yea! What the ...?!
I figured I would try a black background and the red text looked good too!!
Blogger makes things pretty easy, not perfect but pretty easy!
Our friend Holly stopped by and is staying the night, she is on her way to a relative's in Livermore to pick up some baby furniture and stuff. It is always good to see friends!!
