Wow, I can't believe I am going to say this but the IT department at my work (A company of over 20,000 employees) actually took care of my laptop as a priority in about 4 hours!!

Holy Sh*t!!

Yes, I am saying that the IT department actually came through for me!! I really can't believe that it happened so I am going to make sure that I complete the survey they send out after they complete a case, and put in some great comments!!

Not much else going on today...I will be working from home tomorrow to get my allergy shots, this has been a windy summer kicking up a lot of pollen and crap.

DAMN!
