Well it's 2008!!
Well it's 2008!!
Well 2007 has finally finished, and 2008 is upon us! This year has started cold and rainy, but it will be a good year I can just feel it! I need to get my butt in gear and work on a few more songs, I hope to have some more additions soon. I have added the Last.FM radio station thingy so let me know what you think about it, loading time, music selection, etc. Feel free to drop me an email and let me know how you stumbled onto my site, and by all means download the songs I have made as they are FREE!! Earthquake felt in Santa Clara .... it was a 5.6!
Man, My wife Nicole and I jumped into the front doorway as soon as we figured out it was not our noisy upstairs neighbors re-arranging their furniture as always!! Alot of the neighbors were filing out into the parking lots, we stayed in the doorway and watched for any signs of cracking, walls coming down, etc. No damage, nothing fell, the cats were a little squirley right before, and we should have known that it was coming! We have been listening to the scanner and there haven't been any serous injuries reported, mostly broken water pipes and power outages. Hopefully there will be no more for a while again. A great weekend in San Diego!!
A great weekend in San Diego!!
 Nicole and I left on Friday morning to San Diego!! We drove down to avoid the airport BS, but had to deal with the L.A. to San Diego Traffic!! It took us 11 hours to get there from San Jose, although we were talking and missed the 152 exit to get over to 5 from 101 and had to drive back up 101 to get over to 5! OOPS! No problems though as we needed to have a car to get around in San Diego to all the things I wanted to show Nicole! Like the NTC/RTC Naval base I went to boot camp at 20 years ago on 7/23! Half of it has been turned into town houses and the rest is shopping and a few community buildings from the old NTC buildings. Wow, wasn't expecting to see that! We had a great time at La Jolla, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Coronado Beach, Horton Plaza, The Comic Con (we went on Sunday!), Old Town, Hillcrest, and we stayed at the Kona Kai resort in the Harbor near Point Loma. The weather was of course beautiful and they don't call it Sun Diego for nothing! The Comic Con was fun but very, very crowded and as usual there were people dressed in their favorite comic or animated hero, and no shortage of stinky people! I wore a bright orange shirt so my wife could spot me if we got spearated in the sea of black shirts! It was so crowded I never made it to the DC booth to look for any cool Sandman stuff, but it was just to crowded. We were able to get through the entire new artists area where all of the new and independent comic book authors, artis, and producers were and that was worth the price of admission right there!! The drive home was the standard 8 hours and uneventful which is good, man if that drive was only 6 hours we would go there more often! All in all we had a fantastic time and need to do some more travelling! Check out our San Diego Weekend pictures on Flickr 8^P~~ ~ ~`

A New Year!!
A New Year!!
Well a New Year has just started, lets hope it is a good one for everyone! I know what I am going to try and focus on this year, being positive!! I am just going to try and think positively about everything, if I get a negative thought I am going to focus on how to turn it into something positive. Hopefully if I can just keep the brainwaves positive I will attract that type of energy in my life and things should start to go better. If everyone on this little planet could all do that maybe we could affect some real change. Try and envision that, a peaceful planet because everyone is aware of everyone else and consciously being positive, wouldn't that be nice! Not much is new, the weather is cold but clear so I brought the Benjamin Steroided 392 with me in the car in case I feel like shooting off a few pellets. This Friday I will be receiving the Mountain Air 2260 that I picked up used for $275, it uses CO2 powerlets, but can be configured for internal bulk fill from a paitnball tank as well. I cannot wait to see how it performs! I pretty much enjoy plinking at cans, pine cones, water bottles, etc. I have no need to kill birds or squirrels as they don't bother me! Well more later!
